Missing Link

In Missing Link, Luganskaia engages with the Trompenburg garden and explores various aspects of its development and cultivation over the last 200 years. The artist observes how the map of the ever-changing garden has been transforming, seeking a deeper understanding of the complex relationships between humans and the natural environment. The exhibition Missing Link presented the result of Luganskaia’s site-specific reflections about the layered locus of Trompenburg Tuinen & Arboretum, showing photographic and sculptural works. The complete project consists of 7 tryptics and sculptural works.
